Sadie Jo Jewelry Co. will accept, for return or exchange, jewelry items that are in new condition, unworn by customer, and free of damage or scratches.

Please note that any custom order or discounted item more than 40% is FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out item within 15 days of purchase.
