Repairs

Sadie Jo Jewelry Co stands behind our jewelry and warrant that all items will be free from defects for the life of our product.  If you believe your piece has a craftsman defect or other inconsistencies, you can return it to us for inspection. 

If the issue is due to craftsmanship, Sadie Jo Jewelry Co. will cover any repair or replacement fees. The warranty excludes coverage due to normal wear and tear!

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual the stone. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect!

Any repairs or work not done by Sadie Jo Jewelry Co. will void this warranty.

Please note we do not accept outside repair work at this time.
